NEXT STEPS
Step 1: Complete an assessment form – if you are deemed ineligible for ketamine, there will be no charge to you. If your screening looks good, you will receive an email with consent forms and we will schedule a Telehealth evaluation.
Step 2: Telehealth Medical evaluation- payment will be required prior to this session.
Step 3: Ketamine prescribed if eligible- it will be mailed directly to you if sublingual/dissolvable tablets. For intramuscular treatment, we will schedule you for a session.
Step 4: Treatment happens with your therapist or at retreat; if you do not have a therapist we can connect you with one.
COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION FOR MEDICINE WORK
A flat $300 fee will get you:
- Clinical review of your assessment forms
- A personalized telehealth medical evaluation including a comprehensive review of your medical history, psychiatric history and your medications with a summary for you and your therapist
- If relevant, prescription for 6 treatments of ketamine to be used in a therapeutic setting (the cost of the medication will be separate, paid to the pharmacy, thus avoiding any upcharging for treatment)
- Information guide on what to expect, how to prepare, and integration tips for after treatment
- Referral to a licensed psychedelic-assisted therapist or retreat if you do not already have your own
- Access to the medical provider via text or phone during the course of your treatment
Should you continue this treatment with your therapist, a once a year refill visit will be necessary to maintain care. The cost of this 30 minute visit will be $150.
INTRAMUSCULAR OR SUBCUTANEOUS KETAMINE
A flat $600 fee will get you:
- Clinical review of your assessment forms
- A personalized telehealth medical evaluation including a comprehensive review of your medical history, psychiatric history and your medications
- A 120-minute session with the physician for the administration and monitoring of your intramuscular ketamine session at a beautiful journey space in downtown Denver, CO
- Information guide on what to expect, how to prepare, and integration tips for after treatment
- Referral to a licensed ketamine-assisted therapist or retreat if you do not already have your own

Access to the medical provider via text or phone before and up to two weeks following your session
This does include the cost of the medication.
Should you wish to complete more than one intramuscular ketamine sessions, the price drops to $400 for each dosing session.
Should you be found to be ineligible for treatment, you will not be charged and you will receive an explanation as to why ketamine may not be safe for you, as well as suggestions on alternative treatment options.
Payment will be available via Venmo, Zelle, or by credit card. The latter two will incur the addition of an administration fee of 2.9%.
